Most companies don’t lack data. They lack clarity.
I’m Rafi Asraf, a data warehouse and BI architect with 25 years of experience. I help small companies, financial institutions and enterprise organisations turn data into reliable decisions, so they can do better and achieve more with their data.
Being a Joe is a commitment, so I don’t pick and choose which parts of data work matter. Whether it’s planning complex data pipelines, drawing a large organisation’s data architecture, or tuning a query that runs too long and keeps you from getting the job done, Joe is there to help you do more with data and get the clarity you need, when you need it.

How I work
I don’t hand off designs and disappear. I stay in the room until it works.
Most of my work sits where business and technology meet: regulatory reporting, risk, finance and sales data that has to be right. I design the architecture, write code alongside the team, and make sure people can trust the numbers they decide on.
